I had an awesome time at the Barcamp on "Resilient Organizations" in the Hub42 coworking space! Met some great folks from Blue Tomato and dove into some insightful discussions. I introduced the concept of Flight Levels, tying it all back to how resilience stems from solid business models. I shared three key theses about the importance of coordination and the myth of high-performing teams. Plus, I got to enjoy some cool vibes in a building that used to be a toy car factory—how retro is that?
